As this is digital content delivered immediately upon purchase, we do not offer refunds once access has been granted.
Digital Products
Our products are digital subscriptions that provide instant access to AI-generated content. Due to the nature of digital goods that are delivered immediately, refunds are not available after the access link has been sent.
Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through the customer portal. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access until then.
Technical Issues
If you experience technical problems accessing your content:

- We will work to resolve the issue within 48 hours
- If we cannot provide access, we may offer a credit or refund at our discretion
Exceptions
Refunds may be considered in the following cases:
- Duplicate charges (billing error)
- Service unavailability for extended periods
- Content not matching the product description
